We want to cultivate the city’s best Pilates instructors, who lead group classes with a confidence that stems from deep knowledge, true professionalism and skills that go beyond the text book.

After the registration form above is sent, you will receive an email from us inviting you to join the program.
Following this, you will receive a separate email with the payment options for you to choose from.
After payment is made you will also receive an invoice and receipt, which supports you with claiming back the BTW/VAT from this course (if you are already KVK registered).
How can you initially prepare for your instructor training program? The most obvious tip is to get to class!
After your first deposit (which is the one that reserves your place on the course) you will receive a Class Card to attend classes at Studio 191 or The Cosmos (all locations).
Prior to our time together, you will receive communication from us regarding how to prepare for your course and what to bring with you.
If you are joining our Barre or Pilates Mat programs (entry level) there will be a Study Guide with everything you need to prepare for the respective program. The study guide is designed to get everyone to the same foundational starting point.
